CHRIS

Chris Jones is one of the two owners of Hellfire CrossFit.  He is a CrossFit Certified Level 1 Trainer, and also holds a Kids CrossFit Certification. Chris has been doing CrossFit for 7 years. Chris is a disabled Air Force Veteran, with over 20 years spent working for the Air Force. Chris was on Active Duty for over ten years, and then a government contractor for another ten years. Between his time on active duty and becoming a contractor, he spent time as a construction superintendent and project manager. Chris found out about CrossFit from a buddy when he was deployed and started moving away from traditional workouts to more CrossFit style workouts.  Chris is constantly looking to not only improve his own fitness, but to help others with their fitness goals and overall health.  Chris, and his wife Heather, always wanted to open their own business, but they wanted their business to be something they were passionate about.  CrossFit has been a big part of Chris and Heather’s lives for OVER 7 years, and they couldn’t think of a more perfect small business than to open their own CrossFit gym. Opening a CrossFit gym during a pandemic wasn’t ideal, but Chris and Heather stuck with it and are so very proud and humbled by the continued support of their amazing members.

HEATHER

Heather Jones has been involved with CrossFit for 5 years.  At first, she was apprehensive about CrossFit, but quickly changed her mind.  She now loves CrossFit workouts and the community that CrossFit is known for.  Heather has her CF Level 1 Certification and looks forward to contiue sharing her knowledge through coaching our amazing members.  Heather’s other passion is helping to rescue dogs by volunteering, promoting, and helping out local dog shelters and adoption agencies.
